Soudaflex 42FX is a high-quality, neutral, elastic, one-component construction joint and adhesive sealant based on polyurethane.

SHELF LIFE

12 months in original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place with temperatures between +5°C and +25°C

NOTES

• Paintable with most common paints — always perform a compatibility test
• Not suitable as a glazing sealant
• Do not use in applications involving continuous water immersion
• Compatibility test is recommended before application
• Good UV resistance, but discolouration may occur under extreme or prolonged exposure
• Avoid contact with bitumen, tar, or plasticizer-releasing materials like EPDM, neoprene, or butyl to prevent discolouration and adhesion loss
• Do not apply or allow to cure in presence of uncured silicone sealants or solvent-based cleaners
• Ensure the first joint sealant is fully cured before applying another reactive joint sealant
