Orders and Shipping

What is the shipping price and why isn't it listed?

The shipping of a product is charged at rates based on size, quantity, location and brand. We would never charge an average amount as we believe our customers should never pay more than they need to. We are here to help our customers succeed.

Therefore Once you have selected your products you will proceed to place an order enquiry. We will check stock availability, retrieve shipping costs and inform you of the total.

How do I create an account?

To the bottom of our pages, on the footer, there will be a section under HELP labelled My Account.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address will need to be confirmed prior to payment being made as order will be processed and products shipped.

How do I track the status of my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided, alternatively you may contact us for updates.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We will never keep your card numbers on file. For security we urge our customers never to provide the card details over email or other written forms. We are happy to take over the phone payments through the banking online portal where as card numbers will be securely stored on their servers.

Are the costs including GST?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST.

Do you ship to my country?

Shipping is currently available Australia wide only.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

As these products are shipped directly from our supplies, refunds are not accepted for change of mind or unused kits.

I received the wrong item

If you have received the incorrect product please contact us and we will organise the correct product being delivered.

My order arrived damaged

If you received a damaged item please contact us so we may organise a replacement.

Can I purchase on items that are on backorder

Yes you can purchase items on backorder and it is actually recommended as it ensures the product is reserved for your order.

How do I receive customer support?

If you need support regarding your order or want to contact us, please fill the contact form and one of our experienced team members will contact you within 4 hours.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Submitting your order does not charge your card, secure the product and lock in the shipping, we still need to confirm product availability and shipping costs. If you have submitted your order with the wrong address you can contact us to advise. Once the order has been confirm and paid for, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Yes, submitting an order is just sending an enquiry for pricing, no payment will be made until we have contact you to confirm details.
