Description

Soudaflex 33SL is a high-quality, flexible, one-component, self-leveling joint sealant based on polyurethane.

APPLICATIONS

• Sealing of floor joints
• All usual horizontal building, connection, expansion, and dilatation joints
• Excellent for sealing of joints in environments where fuel and oil contact occurs
• Resistant to splash and spillage contact from hydraulic fluids, lubricants, oils, petrol, and gasoline
• Can withstand long-term intense contact or immersion (up to 1 week) when used in combination with Primer 100

SHELF LIFE

12 months in original, unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place with temperature between +5°C and +25°C

NOTES

• Self-leveling — not suitable for vertical joints
• May cause drying issues with oxidative drying paints — compatibility test recommended
• Good UV resistance but may discolour under extreme or prolonged UV exposure
• Chemical resistance depends on concentration, temperature, and exposure time
• Compatibility test recommended before application
• Avoid contact with bitumen, tar, or plasticizer-releasing materials like EPDM, neoprene, or butyl
• Do not apply or allow to cure in the presence of uncured silicone sealants, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners
• When using multiple reactive joint sealants, ensure the first is completely cured before applying the next
