Sika AnchorFix-3030 Anchoring Adhesive 585ml – Carton of 12 Cartridges – Light Grey

Sika AnchorFix-3030 is a premium two-part, epoxy resin anchoring adhesive designed for demanding structural applications. Supplied in a carton of 12 cartridges (585ml each), this thixotropic adhesive provides excellent bond strength for threaded rods and reinforcing bars in both cracked and uncracked concrete, including damp substrates.

• Shelf life: 24 months from manufacture
• Storage: Store unopened in original packaging, in a dry place at +10 °C to +25 °C
• Density: ~1.5 kg/L
• Mix ratio: 3 : 1 (by volume, Part A : Part B)
• Substrate temperature range: +5 °C to +40 °C

Surface Preparation & Application

Concrete and mortar must be cured and meet design strength. The anchor holes must be clean, free of oil, grease, and loose material. Reinforcement bars and threaded rods must be free from rust, oil, dirt, or coatings that may reduce adhesion.

Preparing 300ml cartridge:

1. Remove the cap
2. Cut the protective film tip
3. Attach the static mixer
4. Insert into application gun

Preparing 385ml & 585ml cartridges:

1. Unscrew and remove cap
2. Attach static mixer
3. Insert into application gun

If work is paused, leave the static mixer attached but release gun pressure. If the resin hardens inside, replace with a new nozzle.

Cleaning

Clean tools immediately after use with Sika Colma Cleaner. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
