Nutech Metal Primer is a water-based, corrosion-resistant acrylic primer designed for superior adhesion and protection on a range of metal surfaces. It’s ideal for use with Flexishield and NXT top coats to create a high-performance, weatherproof finish.

Metal Primer is a water-based acrylic primer and can be applied to a range of metal surfaces such as:

• New and old galvanised metal
• Pre-coated zinc steel sheeting
• Coated metal sheet roofing
• Facade cladding
• Fencing

Important Notes

• SUBSTRATE surface temperature must not be below 10°C and not exceed 50°C
• ADHESION may be affected when applied to cold or hot metal surfaces
• ENSURE no surface moisture is present prior to application
• CONSIDERATION must be given to other climatic conditions such as wind and relative humidity
• DO NOT apply topcoat until the primer is completely dry
• DO NOT apply Metal Primer in very cold conditions
• DO NOT Apply to extremely hot surfaces
• Failure to observe these provisions may affect coating adhesion
